Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Manager in our Performance Products Division (PPD). You will work closely with sales leaders and external vendors to implement and execute various marketing campaigns, sales initiatives and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is a multitasker, detail-oriented and possesses excellent communication to maintain and build a strong brand presence for WVCO Railroad Solutions, FastPatch® Systems, and POLYQuik® brands.


Primary Duties:
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, messaging, advertising, market research, media planning, and sales support.
  • Manage the production and distribution of compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media and tradeshows.
  • Coordinate and participate in video production projects, including planning, scripting, storyboarding, filming and editing.
  • Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries and assisting with sales presentations and continuing educations program.
  • Maintain websites for multiple brands/product lines in collaboration with other internal departments and external vendors.
  • Conducts research for PPD products in new and existing markets to optimize revenue growth through development and diversification.

Non-Essential Duties:
  • Assist with cataloging and maintaining warranty and technical documents, project files and case studies.
  • Travel to customers, Sales team, tradeshows, etc.
  • Assist with additional duties as required by manager.
Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, sales support or a similar role. Agency experience a plus.
  • Minimum of three to five years related experience at a manager level of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, email marketing platforms and social media management tools
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to acquire and convey knowledge of our products.
